Payment Options

We provide two easy methods of payment though our online shop:

Visa and Mastercard
Internet banking - you can make a deposit directly into our bank account (e.g. through your Internet Banking system)

Tax Invoices

We provide a tax invoice for every sale. You will receive the invoice with the products you have purchased. Our GST number is 97-645-027.

Refund and Returns

We will gladly exchange any product which is defective upon your receipt of it. Any other returns and refunds will be made at our discretion. If a return is accepted and refund given, you may be charged for actual costs we have incurred (e.g. credit card fees, shipping costs, etc)

Delivery Information

Free delivery - All prices include shipping and handling within New Zealand and Australia. Please Contact Us for overseas shipping and handling costs.

Delivery times

For NZ customers we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
For Australian customers we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
For International customers we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 10 working days of receipt of payment.

Delivery method - We use New Zealand Post to ship all orders. Therefore we rely on New Zealand Post meeting its pledged delivery times so the goods are delivered to you within our target times.

Cancellations - We are unable to recall goods once they have been sent, so cancellation is not possible. However, if the goods have not left our premises we will cancel the order, only charging you for actual costs we have incurred (e.g. credit card fees).

Our Privacy Policy

All information associated with your order will be kept in the strictest confidence. We will not sell, rent, give, or provide your details to any other party, unless required by law.

We may, from time to time, send you email to advise of new products that you may be interested in. We will not flood you with email.

Our Security Policy

We maintain secure systems so you have confidence in purchasing online from PhoneStuff.

We do not store your credit card number. It must be entered every time you make a purchase from PhoneStuff.

We use the WorldPay payment system which encrypts your credit card information during transmission using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which is already installed in your web browser.
